Learning Path Overview
Learning Loss is described by many as a decline in student learning caused by extended closures or disruption to schooling. This problem affects learners around the globe. Accelerated Learning Recovery is a solution-oriented approach to addressing this very real problem. In this learning path, participants will consider the occurrence of Learning Loss and how Accelerated Learning Recovery can address the fundamental needs of students and support academic growth. Learners will explore the basics of the Accelerated Learning framework and underline the importance of implementing a data-driven, whole-school approach to social-emotional wellness, as well as the school's vital role in providing a supportive educational community. We will also describe the benefits of giving learners opportunities to identify and harness their emotions through creative expression. Participants will walk away with knowledge of the Accelerated Learning Recovery framework and an understanding of the role they play in supporting students in school.

Addressing Challenges of Accelerated Learning Recovery
As we support our school community and students through accelerated learning recovery, it is natural for challenges to arise - especially as we work to understand the effects (both positive and negative) interrupted schooling has had on student wellbeing and learning. Although we cannot anticipate every challenge we may face, we can prepare strategies to prevent and respond effectively. In this course, we will explore challenges that may arise when supporting accelerated learning recovery and equip your leader toolbox with strategies to develop an action plan for building capacity, resilience, and responsiveness in your staff and students.

Introduction to Accelerated Learning Recovery for Leaders
In this course, participants will consider the occurrence of Learning Loss and consider how Accelerated Learning Recovery can address the fundamental needs of students and support academic growth. Reestablishing Community and Routines for Schools
The introduction of virtual and hybrid learning brought about many changes for schools around the world. As learning transitions back to an in-person environment, it is important for school leaders to help reestablish community and routines within their schools and classrooms. In this course, participants will examine the importance of community and routines, and how these may have looked different during the time of virtual or hybrid learning. Steps will be explored to help reestablish community and routines in the physical school environment. Upon completion of the course, participants will use the topics presented to tailor a unique plan to set up their own school community for success.

Uniting Stakeholders in the School Community
Solving problems in schools is a complex task. It requires the full power and participation of the school community to be successful. In this course, participants will identify the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders in their school community. Participants will then consider strategies for facilitating collaboration between family, educators, and other stakeholders to create a sense of community.
