In this course, we will explore different technology tools that can be used to support low vision, blindness, Autism, ED/LD, and hearing impaired learners. As we explore each tool we will reflect on the benefits and then determine how to use the tool can be used in your classroom. Leave this course with technology tips and tricks you can apply in your practice right away to support all learners using different forms of technology.

Understanding the classifications and needs of our students in Special Education is imperative to supporting their success. In this course, we will define classifications and identify how they impact learning. Then we'll look at how you can best support these students by creating equitable access for your classified learners. Project-based learning (PBL) is an approach to teaching and learning where students actively engage in real-world and personally meaningful projects. In this course, we will break down what is a PBL experience and how they support ALL learning needs. Then we will review the characteristics of a PBL and the steps needed when designing a PBL experience.
